Du verwendest beim include Path eine URL(http://bibi89.bi.funpic.de/Dream/Counter/show_klicks.php), du darfst/kannst aber nur ein relative/absolute Pfadangabe verwenden!
Falsch:
<?php include('http://bibi89.bi.funpic.de/Dream/Counter/show_klicks.php'); ?>
Richtig;
<?php include('Counter/show_klicks.php'); ?>
Auf Grossbuchstaben bei der Datei und Ordnerbennenung wuerde ich generell verzichten, dass kann u.U. zu Problemen fuehren
